“Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” – Winston Churchill
“Why me?”
“I’m here because of this…”
“I could’ve been doing this if I didn’t do that”
“If only I didn’t get involved with this…”
Do any of these statements resonate with you?
We all play the blame game at some point in our lives. You could’ve made a better return on an investment if you didn’t sell when you did. You would have been in less debt if you didn’t listen to this friend. Your marriage or relationship would have lasted if you didn’t do this or that.
Regret is one of the worst things any person could have. It could ruin you and all the following decisions you make, just because you’re held up on a learning experience you had a year or ten years ago!
I myself used to have a few regrets, especially financial regrets and where I put my time and effort into. These are not the end all be all. These are just the hard lessons that many people in life may need before their lives are truly transformed!
Even I had to nearly hit rock bottom mentally to finally get back on track to where I should be – something that I will be celebrating years from now; the fact that that rock bottom was the ignition to my rocket of success.
I know many of you have had your own personal rock bottoms in whatever situation. Sometimes the harder the hit, the more likely you will turn your situation together. No matter how much debt you may have, how low your income is, how much you hate your job, how bad a relationship is, as long as you have a plan, there will be a light at the end of that tunnel.
It is up to YOU to turn your victim mentality into a victory that you can celebrate over and over again.
Until next time,
Live Long and Prosperous.
