“Struggle is a never ending process. Freedom is never really won, you earn it and win it in every generation.” – Coretta Scott King

Hi WF Family,

In life, we will come across obstacles that will be on our way to our end goals – whether business, personal, finance, what have you. Sometimes it is our fault, sometimes it is not. The main thing in either case, is how we get through it.

Something that I have learned recently is the power of Agility.

In my past, when issues came up, I would tend to dwell in them and beat myself up. Then I would figure out the situation and how to solve it as fast as possible.

That works until you get older and you have bigger meat on your table. Not everything can be solved overnight. And in order to manage that, you must be quick on your feet and calm in your spirit.

In business and life, in order to be successful, you must be agile.

Do not dwell in whatever situation you are in. No matter what, another day will come, then the next. One thing we should all get in the practice of is realizing how small our temporary problems are.

As bad as it may seem, and how still true it is – there is always somebody out there dealing with something worse than you. You may have failed in an investment, but there is someone out there who failed to have a meal. You may have did poorly on a test but there is someone out there who just found out he or she has months to live.

Being agile and knowing how to switch gears when problems arise will be an asset for you in any part of your life. If you plan to be a multi-millionaire in your own right, you must be able to handle the little things you are given.

You may have student debts you are dealing with but you will have business debts ten times that – it just comes with the territory. In the end, when you have an empire to pass to your children, those hard situations will be what makes you appreciate the fruits of your labor.

Remember, you can either let your hands go on the wheel of your ship and crash into a boulder OR steer it away, lose part of your structure, get back on track and get better equipment.

Master the power of agility and make it your best friend.

Until next time,

Live Long and Prosperous.
